Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report activities. The role requires handling financial analysis across general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM second shift.

Initial six months onsite, followed by a hybrid work setup. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting analysis in multinational/shared services.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and multiple GL accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and schedules per US GAAP.
• Prepare manual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage priorities and resolve accounting issues.
• Collaborate across teams to meet deadlines.
