The position follows a second shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and will be onsite for six months before transitioning to a hybrid setup, as part of a broader finance transformation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting/financial operations, incl. 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong US GAAP or Country GAAP knowledge with month-end close, reconciliations, audit support, and SOX.

Overview

Accounting Manager (R2R) leads Record to Report accounting activities in Cebu, Philippines, with responsibility for significant financial balances and a team of accounting professionals. This role combines accounting expertise, people leadership, and operational oversight to support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective finance operations. The position follows a second shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is onsite for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid work setup thereafter.

• Manage priorities, resolve issues systematically, and support transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 to 8 or more years of progressive corporate accounting or financial operations experience, including 1 to 3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role within a multinational or shared services environment
• Experience managing a team of accountants, including team leaders, within a multinational organization
• Strong US GAAP or Country GAAP knowledge with experience in month end close, account reconciliations, journal approvals, audit support, and SOX compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with professional accounting certification, R2R experience, relevant accounting sub-domain experience, and finance systems knowledge preferred
