Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Manager (R2R) to lead a team in Cebu and oversee month-end close under US GAAP and Country GAAP. This role combines accounting expertise with people leadership in a multinational shared services environment.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 5–8+ years of experience and a focus on continuous improvement. Initial six months are onsite, then hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years progressive corporate accounting experience, including 1–3 years in leadership within a multinational/shared services environment.
• Experience managing a team of accountants including team leaders in a multinational organization.
• Strong US GAAP/Country GAAP knowledge with month-end close, reconciliations, audits and SOX experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting professionals, including team leaders, toward shared goals.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal approvals, and significant balance ownership.
• Apply US GAAP and Country GAAP to financial accounting activities.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Drive transformation, standardization and continuous improvement in R2R processes.
