Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support Record to Report activities in Cebu. The role requires handling multiple general ledger accounts, US GAAP compliance, and collaboration with global teams.

The position starts onsite for the first six months and transitions to a hybrid arrangement. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CMA.

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of R2R or shared services accounting experience.
• US GAAP knowledge highly preferred.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA encouraged; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, E‑Automate, Sage, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Essbase SmartView or BlackLine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and schedules in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage priorities and workflows while resolving accounting issues.
• Collaborate across the department and broader teams to support shared goals and deadlines.
