Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) in Cebu, Philippines to support Record to Report processes. The role handles financial analysis across GL accounts, ensuring accuracy of monthly closings and reconciliations, with a shift from onsite to hybrid work after an initial six months.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy, 3–5 years’ experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and professional certification; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience in multinational or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with multiple general ledger accounts and US GAAP knowledge.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and schedules per US GAAP.
• Prepare manual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Manage priorities and workflows while resolving accounting issues.
• Collaborate with teams across the department and geographies.
