Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report activities in Cebu. The role involves monthly financial closes, reconciliations, and SOX compliance with a second-shift schedule (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) and an onsite start for the first six months, then a hybrid setup.

3–5 years of accounting analysis experience, US GAAP knowledge, and professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CMA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience in a multinational, shared services, or local company environment.
• Hands-on experience with multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams; knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification; SAP/ Oracle /BI tools familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and schedules in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage priorities and workflows while resolving accounting issues.
• Collaborate with department and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
