Job summary

Molex Philippines’ Site Lead, Product and Development - Networking Segment, guides the R&D organization at the Mabalacat City facility, aligning with the global Networking Segment strategy while driving innovation, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will develop future leaders, coach teams, ensure PDP compliance, and foster collaboration across Product Management, Project Management, and Product Engineering to deliver new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
10+ years of experience in R&D leadership or related roles.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and execute the site's R&D strategy in alignment with the global Networking Segment roadmap.
Serve as the key link between global leadership and local execution, ensuring priorities are delivered.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing R&D organization and future leaders.
Foster a culture of self-actualization, accountability, continuous learning, and PBM.
Ensure compliance with Molex PDP and quality/operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes, quality, and performance.
Own site-level metrics related to delivery, quality, cost, and innovation.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across PM, PjM, Product Engineering, AQP, and Manufacturing.
