Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks an R&D & Process Standardization Manager to lead product development, standardize recipes, and manage BOMs for scalable operations from test kitchens to store levels.

You will document and enforce store-level culinary processes, build BOM data for all menu items, and oversee QA, shelf-life testing, and ingredient evaluation to ensure consistent quality across F&B brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization, BOM management, and operational quality control within F&B manufacturing or multi-unit F&B retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize store-level F&B culinary processes, recipes, and prep workflows.
• Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data for all menu items across F&B brands.
• Oversee quality assurance, shelf-life testing, ingredient evaluation, and operational process control.
