Our Clients in the Philippines seeks a R&D & Process Standardization Manager to lead product development, recipe standardization, and BOM management, ensuring scalable processes from test kitchens to store operations.

You will develop store-level culinary processes, maintain BOM data across brands, and oversee QA, shelf-life testing, and ingredient evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial roles handling process standardization, BOM, and QC in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize store-level culinary processes, recipes, and prep workflows.
• Build BOM data for all menu items across F&B brands.
• Oversee QA, shelf-life testing, ingredient evaluation, and process control.
