You will ensure feasibility, standardization, and successful rollout across commissary and store operations. The role requires collaboration with QA, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Training teams, plus leadership of R&D staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in restaurant R&D or product development is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing new product development and commercialization projects.
• Coordinate product trials, pilot runs, and operational validations.
• Develop standardized recipes, production procedures, and technical documentation.
• Prepare SOPs, BOMs, product specifications, and costing information.
• Coordinate with QA, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Training teams during commercialization.
• Conduct product evaluations and recommend process improvements.
• Support supplier evaluations and raw material testing.
• Monitor implementation performance and resolve operational issues during rollout.
• Supervise assigned R&D staff and project activities.
