Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Food Systems & Technical Services Manager in Mandaluyong to establish standardized production systems, document procedures, and ensure consistent execution across commissary and restaurant operations.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage BOMs and product specifications, and collaborate with Engineering on workflow optimization and capacity planning while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years in food manufacturing, R&D or technical operations.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in commissary or restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized systems for production and operations.
• Ensure recipes and production methods are commercially executable.
• Manage BOM, technical documentation, and product specifications.
• Lead Technical Assistants and SAP Support personnel.
• Partner with Engineering on workflow optimization and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Training teams on technology transfer and readiness.
• Ensure alignment with food safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes.
• Resolve operational and technical challenges via root cause analysis.
