Job summary

Quick Mix Food & Beverage Mfg. Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Production Laboratory/QA technician to prepare key mixes from the Production Batch Card and support daily manufacturing activities.

The role involves random checks of pre-weighed ingredients, coordinating batch counts with production, maintaining cleanliness in the R&D laboratory and weighing area, preparing laboratory samples, and completing the Daily Production Monitoring Report.

Responsibilities

• Prepares key mixes based from Production Batch Card scheduled for production.
• Random Checks all pre - weighed ingredients if complete prior to turn over to Production.
• Coordinates to Production number of batches and buffer stocks, prepared inside Weighing area.
• Monitors cleanliness inside R&D laboratory and Weighing area if maintained properly.
• Prepares laboratory samples based from formula provided by R&D Head.
• Conducts different experiments based on requested flavors or samples of customer.
• Prepares Purchasing Request of different Raw materials based on monthly usage.
• Completes Daily Production Monitoring Report.
