Job summary

• Assist in research and development activities for new products, materials, and processes.
• Support product formulation, testing, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct experiments, trials, and evaluations based on R&D project requirements.
• Collect, record, and analyze research data and test results.
• Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and project documentation.
• Assist in prototype development, sample preparation, and product testing.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Engineering, and other departments during product development activities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on test results and feedback.
• Assist in troubleshooting product or process issues.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, materials, and results.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support pilot production runs and product validation activities.
• Research new materials, technologies, and industry trends to support innovation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and work areas in proper condition.
• Perform other R&D-related tasks as assigned by the R&D Manager or Supervisor.
