Job Description
R&D and Grants Writing Intern. Your mission is to secure the future of our programs by identifying untapped funding streams. You will map the grant landscape, organize a rigorous application calendar, and draft foundational narratives that effectively tell the Bai Academy story to stakeholders and grantors. Preferably pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Qualifications
- Current Student pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Writer – ability to write persuasively, clearly, and professionally.
- Research Pro – comfortable navigating complex government portals and dense eligibility documents.
- Tools – proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Grant Prospecting – rigorously research government grants, private foundations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding opportunities in Australia and the Philippines.
- Database Management – build and maintain a centralized Google Sheets database of funding sources, tracking eligibility, deadlines, and requirements.
- Calendar Oversight – create a long‑term grants calendar to ensure the team never misses a submission window.
- Drafting & Templating – develop "Master Grant Templates" and boilerplate content for common application questions (Company Mission, Impact Metrics, Project Goals).
- Visual Storytelling – use Canva and PowerPoint to create compelling pitch decks or data visualizations to accompany grant submissions.
