We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to help elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent, engaging, and impactful. This is a hands‑on opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real‑world execution by managing live accounts, analyzing performance, and collaborating on high‑level marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, maintaining a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all channels.
• Content Planning: Develop and organize a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to audience comments and direct messages in a professional manner to foster community loyalty.
• Performance Tracking: Use platform analytics to monitor reach and engagement; provide regular reports and actionable suggestions for strategy improvement.
• Campaign Coordination: Partner with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with ongoing promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related degree program.
• Digital Literacy: Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, including their respective trends and algorithm nuances.

Work Schedule / Location

• Location: Hybrid (Office-based in Cebu with remote flexibility as agreed).
• Days: Monday to Friday only.
• Daylight Saving Time (DST): 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT (approx. Oct to April).
• Regular (Standard Time): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (approx. April to Oct).
