Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/Trade or Vocational School Graduate.
• Baking Technology, Commercial Cooking, or Baking Pastry Production training preferred.
• At least 6 months industrial experience and/or training in developing bakery products in reputable bakery chains or food processing plants.

Responsibilities

• Bake various products as directed by superiors to execute R&D project plans/deliverables and special projects.
• Execute product modifications following food safety practices.
• Prepare product samples for submission to the client for their approval.
• Assist in the recording of all product development information during batch trial runs and pilot runs.
• Ensure efficient recipe scaling for commercialization and full production.
