Job summary

JAMLA Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Production Assistant to run large-batch production sessions under guidance from our R&D Chef. You will operate production equipment and independently manage large orders from start to finish, while collaborating with fellow staff as needed.

Ideal candidates have kitchen or food handling experience, can work both independently and in a team, and are eager to learn how to operate industrial food equipment.

About the role

We're looking for a Production Assistant to run large-batch production sessions in our facility. Guided by our R&D Chef, you'll operate our production equipment and independently manage large orders — while also teaming up with other production staff when needed.

• Has experience with operating food manufacturing equipment such as mixers, grinders, and dehydrators
