Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quotation preparation, sales support, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, sales processes, and product specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer inquiries, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to verify product availability, pricing, costs, and delivery lead times.
• Review customer requests and ensure all specifications, terms, conditions, and pricing are clearly understood before preparing quotations.
• Ensure quotations comply with company policies, pricing structures, and applicable procedures.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and address questions or concerns regarding quotations.
• Provide timely responses and follow up on pending quotations and customer inquiries.
• Assist the sales team in responding to customer requests and supporting sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and updated database of quotations for monitoring and future reference.
• Monitor the status and conversion of quotations into orders and sales.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments regarding pricing, credit limits, payment terms, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations to support competitive quotations.
• Review and verify quotations for accuracy before submission to customers.
• Prepare final quotations and make necessary revisions based on customer requirements and approval.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of quotations in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide additional information and clarification regarding quotations as needed to support business opportunities.
