Job summary

PM Consulting in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is seeking a dedicated entry-level Quartz Fabrication Blower. You will learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques from senior team members, starting with support tasks and progressively handling shaping and finishing under supervision.

This is a 3-month contractual position requiring basic machine experience, steady hands, and a willingness to learn. You will work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with attention to safety and quality standards on every piece.

Responsibilities

• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications.
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised.
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and make sure parts meet requirements.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor right away.
• Use the computer to log, record, and update production information as required.
• Keep accurate notes of completed work and any issues encountered.
• Follow all safety procedures, especially when working with heat, glass materials, and machinery.
• Use protective equipment as required.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
