Our Clients in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is seeking a Quartz Fabrication Blower trainee to support the team, learn quartz blowing and fabrication, and gradually build skills to shape and finish quartz components with precision.

Ideal for someone with basic machine experience and steady hands who is eager to learn a specialized trade; this entry point provides hands-on training under experienced mentors during a 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• Knows how to use a caliper and micrometer.
• Basic experience operating a lathe machine.
• Computer literate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and make sure parts meet requirements
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor right away
• Use the computer to log, record, and update production information as required
• Keep accurate notes of completed work and any issues encountered
• Follow all safety procedures, especially when working with heat, glass materials, and machinery
• Use protective equipment as required
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
