Job summary

The Quartz Fabrication Blower role in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is a 3‑month contractual position with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

You will learn quartz blowing and fabrication from experienced team members, starting by supporting the group and developing hands-on skills on the shop floor. You will handle basic measuring and quality checks with calipers and micrometers, keep records, and follow safety procedures while progressing to more tasks as your proficiency grows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how to use a caliper and micrometer.
• Basic lathe machine operation experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Eagerness to learn and accept feedback and coaching.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to completing the full contract period.

Responsibilities

• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications.
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised.
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow.
• Use measuring tools to check dimensions and ensure parts meet requirements.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects and report quality concerns promptly.
• Log production information and keep accurate notes of completed work.
