Responsibilities

• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications.
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised.
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow.
• Use measuring tools to check dimensions and ensure parts meet requirements.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects and report quality concerns.
• Log production information and keep accurate notes of completed work.
