Job summary

The Quartz Fabrication Blower role in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is a 3‑month contractual position with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

You will learn quartz blowing and fabrication from experienced team members, starting by supporting the group and developing hands-on skills on the shop floor. You will handle basic measuring and quality checks with calipers and micrometers, keep records, and follow safety procedures while progressing to more tasks as your proficiency grows.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Fabrication Support

• Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications
• Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised
• Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow

Measurement & Quality

• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and make sure parts meet requirements
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor right away

Records & Documentation

• Use the computer to log, record, and update production information as required
