Job summary

Cybalink Solutions, an Australian-owned outsourcing partner, is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support cost estimation, take-offs, and tendering for residential, commercial, industrial, and medium-density projects in Australia and New Zealand markets.

You will review drawings, prepare cost plans and BoQs, coordinate with subs, and maintain cost records using CostX and Excel. This is a full-time office role at Arcovia City, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Tendering experience.
• Experience on private residential, commercial, industrial, and townhouse projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and material take-offs using CostX.
• Review drawings, specs, scopes of work and tender documentation.
• Prepare cost plans, pricing schedules, trade breakdowns and tender submissions.
• Review subcontractor/supplier quotations, coordinate pricing and clarifications.
• Maintain CostX rates, templates, records and tender docs for cost control.

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support an Australian construction business. This is focus on cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering, cost planning, and project documentation across private residential, commercial, industrial, and medium-density/townhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and material take-offs using CostX.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and tender documentation.
• Prepare cost plans, pricing schedules, trade breakdowns, and competitive tender submissions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations, coordinate pricing requirements, and support tender clarifications and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CostX rates, templates, project records, and tender documentation while supporting cost control and reporting activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Tendering.
• Experience across private residential, commercial, industrial, and medium-density/townhouse projects; exposure to Australian or New Zealand projects is highly regarded.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Cubit or CostX is required, and with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications and prepare accurate BoQs/MTOs; exposure and implementation of AI tools is highly desirable.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, morning shift).
