Job summary

Constech Management Group, Inc. is seeking qualified civil engineering professionals for QS/Cost engineering roles in Quezon City with exposure to construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, with 1+ year experience, is licensed or pursuing license, and is proficient in Excel and AutoCAD to support cost estimation, BOQ preparation, progress billing, and project cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) preferred/required, depending on the position.
• At least 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction projects, cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and project cost control.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Familiarity with Variation Orders, Change Orders, Progress Billing, and Claims.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant estimating/QS software.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in our Head office - Quezon City
