Job summary

TRI-DIMENSION METAL FABRICATION in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to focus on cost estimation, project evaluation, and accurate financial and material assessments for fabrication projects.

You will prepare cost estimates, conduct material take-offs, analyze drawings, monitor costs, and collaborate with Design, Production and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in metal fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, costing, and project estimation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
• Can interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and budgets for fabrication projects.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare reports for management.

• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare bid proposals and support the sales team during client inquiries
