Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated in Cabuyao City, Laguna is seeking a qualified Technician to join our quality and production team. The role focuses on ensuring continuous, high-quality container bottle production through shift-based operation, sampling, inspection, and calibration of packaging equipment.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical/vocational background, basic computer skills, and knowledge of GMP/5S.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year technical/vocational course.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and technical presentations.
• Knowledgeable in Quality and Food Safety management systems (5S, GMP, Visual control).
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate results of planned shift activities to ensure continuous and optimum production of good quality container glass bottles.
• Sampling and inspection of plain/printed bottles, in-line packaging materials, reworks (WIP), incoming packaging materials and outsourced bottles.
• Operation, set up and calibration of machine tools and equipment (Palletizer, Strapping Wrapping machine and Carton assembly).
• Assists in job change preparation and execution (Issuance and retrieval of gauges, machine set up and operation).
• Conducts Online Visual Inspection and lehr sampling, verification and identification of machine rejects.
• Conducts monitoring and inspection of transfer of outgoing Finished goods to Warehouse, customer delivery and issuance of Certificate of Analysis.
