Job summary

Swatch is seeking a senior quality leader to drive manufacturing quality for the IC Front-End in a high-tech wafer fabrication environment. You will govern quality, change management, and containment of non-conformances across front-end processes, influencing yield and delivery.

You will steer CIP initiatives, audits, and supplier/customer risk assessments to protect the supply chain. You will partner with Quality and Operations to achieve zero defects and automotive/customer compliance, while

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics.
• 10 years in a high-tech company.
• 5 years in a Quality Management Role.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and initiative.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and automotive core tools.
• Knowledge of IC production flows, quality tools, failure analysis and audits.
• Negotiation, prioritization, empathy, flexibility.
• Self-driven, organized, analytical, able to lead continuous improvement projects and teams.
• Customer orientation in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing quality for IC Front-End and ensure compliance.
• Lead CIP initiatives, audits, and risk assessments to protect the supply chain.
• Deploy control tools (MSA, SPC, automation, FDC, MES) to reduce scraps and NC events.
• Chair MRB and implement effective disposition actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions with process owners.
• Oversee manufacturing audits and track findings with improvement plans.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve complaints.
• Coach sites on problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Align quality activities with supply chain protection and customer satisfaction.

Experteer Overview In this role you drive manufacturing quality for the IC Front-End at EM’s wafer FAB, collaborating with Quality and Operations to achieve zero defects and automotive/customer compliance. You lead quality governance, change management, and containment of non-conformances across front-end processes, influencing yield, scrap, and delivery. You will steer CIP initiatives, audits, and supplier/customer risk assessments to protect the supply chain. This position offers meaningful impact in a high-tech, cross-functional environment.

• Drive quality strategy inside IC FE to meet zero defects expectations and ensure compliance (IATF16949, customer requirements)
• Own the PCRB process, govern change management, assess risks, and drive CIP opportunities
