Qualifications

• Strong electronics background with understanding of semiconductor assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 8D methodology and containment actions, using logical, systematic approaches to problems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as Oracle and Camstar; ability to navigate MES.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate low-yield lots and summarize root causes using data, interviews, and standards.
• Lead 8D reporting with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and meet deadlines.
• Partner with QME for disposition and MRB documentation; ensure proper system tracking.
• Disseminate finalized reports to line supervisors and provide weekly hold-lot updates to assembly teams.
• Support production and drive process improvements and new methodologies.
