Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC seeks a quality and manufacturing facilitator to investigate production abnormalities and ensure high-yield, high-quality products. You will lead 8D reporting, coordinate corrective actions, and partner with QME for MRB disposition using MES, Oracle, and Camstar systems.

The role requires a strong electronics/semiconductor background and excellent communication to bridge production, quality, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying 8D methodology in manufacturing
• Ability to conduct data-driven root-cause investigations
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic manufacturing systems
• Understanding of semiconductor assembly processes and quality control
• Strong communication for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Investigate and identify root causes for production abnormalities and low-yield runs.
• Lead 8D reporting and coordinate corrective actions with support groups.
• Manage material disposition in collaboration with QME for MRB items.
• Disseminate final reports to line supervisors and provide weekly hold-lot updates.
• Support production and continuous improvement initiatives to stabilize processes
