Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a Quality Management Specialist in Mandaluyong/ Pasig area to oversee warehouse and store quality from intake to dispatch. You will document quality assessments, maintain quality records, and conduct traceability tests on non-conforming items.

The role requires a degree in Food Technology, experience in QA/QC, and knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SSOP. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and SSOP requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for self and team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work in Pasig City; immediate start is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document warehouse and logistics quality assessments (incoming, picking, dispatch, storage, outgoing inspe ction).
• Maintain quality documents for delivered supplies to the warehouse.
• Conduct traceability tests on non-conforming items.
• Recommend process improvements to maintain product quality from warehouse to store.
• Perform other duties as required by QM and R&D Manager.

We are currently looking for QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST.

Job Description:

1. Responsible in conducting the documentation of Warehouse and Logistics quality assessments such as but not limited to incoming delivery inspection, spot checking of picking and dispatching process, storage inspection and outgoing delivery inspection.
2. Performs the maintenance of quality documents of delivered supplies to the warehouse.
3. Conduct traceability test on non- conforming items.
4. Provides recommendation on processes to maintain optimum product quality from warehouse to store.
5. Perform other related duties as required by the QM and R&D Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or any related course.
2. Experienced in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
3. Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and SSOP etc. Able to adapt and perform effectively in high-paced organization.
4. Good self and group organizing skills.
5. Proficient using Microsoft Office.
6. Candidate must be willing to work in Pasig City; can start immediately is an advantage.
