AMBER GOLDEN CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS CORPORATION is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our Head Office/ Warehouse in Quezon City. This full-time, on-site role focuses on inspecting incoming materials, sampling, testing, and ensuring FIFO and cGMP standards to guarantee product quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of QC experience, with strong analytical and documentation skills to support accurate quality reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of quality control, warehouse inspection, or related experience.
• Knowledge of QA procedures, material inspection and testing methods.
• Familiar with cGMP and FIFO implementation.
• Strong documentation, reporting and records management.

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector based at the Head Office/Warehouse in Quezon City. The role oversees inspection and evaluation of incoming materials, issues ACCEPTED or REJECTED status, conducts sampling and testing, monitors FIFO and cGMP compliance, prepares quality reports, and ensures product quality, safety, and proper warehouse standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in quality control, warehouse inspection, or related functions
• Knowledgeable in quality assurance procedures, material inspection, and testing methods
• Familiar with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FIFO implementation
• Strong understanding of documentation, reporting, and records management
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
