Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, or related science field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with laboratory testing, quality assurance, or quality control is preferred.
• Knowledge of GLP, WCM, HACCP and related quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Executes and verifies training plans for new laboratory methods or maintains existing skills related to laboratory methods and equipment calibration.
• Liaises with PG, R&D and Measurement Communities of Practice regarding methods and equipment.
• Prepares local procedures and work instructions ensuring proper calibration, application and control of laboratory methods.
• Supports reporting of operational KPIs by analyzing data and organizing into standard Quality loss trees.
• Provides expert advice on investigation methods and interpretation of results.
