Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Quality Analyst to manage the site testing facility and calibration programs in General Trias, Cavite. You will drive quality assurance across raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, applying GLP and HACCP standards.

The role requires a strong background in chemistry, microbiology, or related sciences, with hands-on testing and data interpretation skills. Collaboration with R&D, SAP QM, and external labs is key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry or related science field.
• Experience in Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Presentation Skills (MS Office and Power Apps).
• Knowledge in GLP, WCM, TPM, HACCP, and HPC 420.

Responsibilities

• Executes and verifies training plans for new laboratory methods or maintains existing skills related to laboratory methods and equipment calibration.
• Liaises with PG, R&D and Measurement Communities of Practice regarding methods and equipment.
• Prepares local procedures and work instructions for calibration and control of laboratory methods.
• Supports reporting of operational KPIs by analyzing data and placing into standard Quality loss trees.
• Provides expert advice on methods to investigate, including advanced technologies and interpretation of results.
• Maintains relationships with external laboratories for non-conforming materials and products.
• Supports QA testing of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Applies proper calibration and control of testing to verify and reproduce results against specifications.
• Maintains SOPs and training materials; supports site-wide calibration programs.
