Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Quality Analyst to run the site testing facility, ensure accurate test methods, and calibrate laboratory equipment to minimize drift. You will operate with limited supervision and support non-standard testing when needed, collaborating with R&D and measurement communities.

The role requires a chemical science degree (license preferred) and experience in QA/QC, with strong data interpretation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, or related science field; license preferred.
• Experience in Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; MS Office and Power Apps proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Executes and verifies training plans for new laboratory methods or maintains existing skills.
• Liaises with PG, R&D and Measurement Communities of Practice on methods and equipment.
• Supports reporting of operational KPIs by analyzing data and entering into SAP QM and PLM systems.
• Provides expert advice on methods to investigate, including non-standard testing when needed.
• Maintains calibration and control of testing equipment and ensures compliance with safety standards.
