Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Quality Analyst to oversee the site testing facility, ensuring calibration, method validity, and reproducibility of results. The role involves selecting appropriate test methods, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting QA processes in a regulated environment.

Candidates should have a science background and experience in laboratory QA, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Located at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite; shuttle service is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science fields (chemical engineering, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry).
• Licensure as Chemist/Chemical Technician preferred.
• Experience in Laboratory Testing, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient presentation skills; MS Office & Power Apps knowledge.
• Knowledge of GLP, WCM, TPM, HACCP and HPC 420.
• Willingness to work at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite with shuttle service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare local procedures and work instructions for calibration and control of laboratory methods.
• Analyze data and report operational KPIs using quality loss trees.
• Provide expert advice on testing methods and external laboratories as needed.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for laboratory equipment to minimize drift and ensure repeatability.
• Ensure compliance with UL Quality Management System related standards and site safety rules.
