Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate planning, business planning, strategy, finance, or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and report automation.
• Experience in KPI development and performance monitoring.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple department and manage competing priorities.
• Must be willing to undergo the hiring process and work on-site in Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategic plans.
• Monitor business performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare management reports and business performance presentations.
• Coordinate corporate KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support annual budget planning and forecast activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
