Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function for an assigned client program in a hybrid setup in Quezon City. You will oversee quality monitoring, calibration, and performance reporting, mentor supervisors and analysts, and partner with Operations and client stakeholders to close quality gaps.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or related field and at least five years in quality assurance, including team leadership; COPC or Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years in quality assurance or quality management within outsourcing.
• Experience supervising a quality team and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality function for an assigned client program with monitoring, calibration, and reporting.
• Lead Quality Supervisors, Analysts, and Specialists; oversee hiring and performance.
• Implement quality standards, scorecards, and evaluation criteria per client goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to Operations and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
