Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM Manager to lead client workstreams and guide the design and delivery of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions. You will coach teams, shape workplans, and manage priorities while addressing complex issues and maintaining alignment with client needs.

You will collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax and business services, leveraging SAP knowledge to improve planning accuracy, production efficiency, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8 to 11 years of experience is required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP PP and QM client workstreams from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across supply chain and operations transformation efforts.
• Guiding teams in configuring SAP solutions for production planning, quality management, demand planning, and inventory coordination.
• Analyzing client processes and translating business needs into system design, process improvements, and implementation plans.
• Reviewing functional deliverables, testing outcomes, and deployment activities to validate readiness for client use.
• Mentoring team members by providing feedback, coaching technical development, and reinforcing effective delivery practices.
• Coordinating issue resolution across business and technology stakeholders during design, build, testing, and cutover phases.
• Applying SAP supply chain knowledge to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and scenario modeling capabilities.
