Job summary

Quality Engineer / Supervisor position at Eaton Corporation in Tanauan City, Calabarzon, Philippines. The role focuses on leading PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC teams and driving quality across PCBA and Final Assembly.

You'll implement quality plans, analyze inspection data, mentor staff, support QMS, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve nonconformities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related manufacturing quality role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP, IPC standards, and 7 QC Tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC, and Repair teams with scheduling and manpower rotation.
• Implement and execute quality plans for inspections and repairs.
• Monitor held materials and products and drive timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Review inspection results and communicate findings to promote quality awareness.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team members and support QMS improvements.
• Develop inspection procedures for incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Investigate customer complaints and determine root causes with cross-functional teams.
