Job summary

CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor for its modern plant in Lipa City, Batangas. You will lead quality initiatives, develop and monitor QC systems, inspect products, analyze data, and mentor staff to uphold high standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, production and procurement, ensure QMS compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement via Six Sigma and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Inspect finished products and work-in-progress to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and generate detailed reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production and procurement teams to address quality concerns.
• Ensure the company's quality management system meets all relevant industry regulations and certifications.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
