Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Quality Engineer for an Onsite role in the Philippines. The position focuses on quality evaluation, control systems, PFMEA, MSA, and PPAP processes to ensure product conformance.

You will collaborate with design and production teams to identify risk, implement proactive quality strategies, and manage nonconformances in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years in Quality, Process Engineering or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate NCRs and conduct preliminary reviews of NCR details with the material review board.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and design problems.
• Review Engineering Change Requests through DCR, JIRA, LBIR, PR.
• Analyze details behind quality issues to identify root causes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and ensure PPAP/quality requirements.
