Position: Quality Assurance Engineer (Unspecified role type)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all EHS practices and standards across the site, proactively reporting hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues.
• Support creation and review of control plans, PFMEA, and inspection criteria.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.
• Manage customer complaints and quality notifications, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Support supplier quality management by participating in supplier audits and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other applicable quality standards.
• Train and support operators, technicians, and other staff on quality processes and requirements.
• Participate in new product introductions by reviewing design documents and validating manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry qualification.
• In absence of a degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
• High proficiency in problem‑solving methodologies.
• Organizational skill with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• No disciplinary case within the past year and not currently under a Performance Improvement Plan.
• At least one year in current position.
