Job summary

uBreakiFix is seeking a QA Engineer 2 - Operations to ensure quality across releases and environments. You will design and execute test plans, validate fixes, and monitor production health to safeguard customer experience.

You will collaborate with development, product, and support teams to streamline release readiness, build automated checks, and improve observability for rapid issue detection. This role emphasizes defect reduction and stable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2+ years software quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on automated and manual testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and improve advanced quality planning (AQP) and system processes
• Execute transfers, mass production, and process sustainment
• Establish standardization and monitor containment actions for quality issues
• Develop and review process controls (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, etc.)
• Ensure product and parts meet customer requirements
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Drive cross-functional improvements based on failure analysis and data
• Validate effectiveness of actions through audits and performance tracking
• Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives
