Jade Solutions and Management Services in the Philippines is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. You will develop, implement, and maintain QA processes while collaborating with production and engineering teams.

The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing defects, and working closely with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and industry requirements.
Conduct quality inspections, testing, and audits on materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and investigate root causes of defects or non-conformities.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external standards (e.g., ISO, customer specifications).
Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Assist in training production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF, or similar).
Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
