Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Invoice Processing Support professional in Metro Manila to perform QC-driven data entry, respond to client inquiries, and assist with new client implementations. The role supports US operations and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication.

You will resolve 23 QC alerts, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain vendor accounts with daily invoice processing. Onsite training for 90 days, then hybrid work with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Velocity Invoice Processing or billing roles.
• High school diploma; some college accounting preferred.
• Experience in General Accounting incl. Accounts Payable.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; strong data handling.
• Excellent language and communication skills; handling confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 23 QC trigger alerts within SLA.
• Coordinate QC with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review data inputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain vendor accounts and enter invoices daily.
• Assist with new client implementations and training.
• Research and answer client questions; handle escalations.
