Job summary

RealPage in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Velocity Invoice Processing service, handling QC alerts, data entry into the VES system, and client reporting. The role directly influences client outcomes by ensuring accuracy and timely resolutions.

You'll resolve QC triggers, assist with new client implementations, and coordinate with client success, accounting, and operations while maintaining confidential information and delivering strong customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in Velocity Invoice Processing or billing/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college accounting preferred.
• Experience in General Accounting functions (including Accounts Payable).
• Knowledge of spreadsheets & database applications.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette; multi-family experience preferred.
• Strong organizational ability; multitask effectively.
• Detail oriented; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; general office skills.
• Excellent language and communication skills; able to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolves QC trigger alert types within required time affecting customer financials.
• Coordinates QC work with clients, vendors, and internal teams (client success, financial account management, operations).
• Handles client escalations; reviews data inputs for accuracy/completeness.
• Maintain and update Vendor accounts; enter key invoices into VES daily.
• Research and answer client questions.
• Assist Invoice Processor with resolution of client issues/inquiries.
• Assist with VES setup for new clients; train new employees.
