Responsible for conducting real-time sensory, weight, and packaging checks, monitoring critical control points (CCPs), and immediately halting production if defects or deviations occur. RequirementsGraduate of BS Food Technology.

Chemical Engineering. Chemistry, or any related courses. With at least one (1) year of work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Knowledge and experience in Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO Standards is an advantage.
