You will support the QS Supervisor in maintaining quality management systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing escalated quality-related issues. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assistance to the QS Supervisor to ensure quality management systems are adhered to.
• Collaborate to ensure alignment between quality assurance activities and organizational goals.
• Support in managing quality control resources and handling escalated quality-related issues.
• Ensure that product quality meets required standards from customers and suppliers.
• Review customer requirements related to quality standards for alignment.
• Evaluate supplier performance by reviewing their quality metrics and product consistency.
• Carry out surveys to collect data on customer satisfaction and supplier performance.
• Analyze feedback to identify potential quality concerns for improvement.
• Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying actions to enhance quality standards.
• Oversee audits and evaluations for compliance with established processes.
