Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Foods Incorporated, a Jollibee Foods Corporation subsidiary, seeks a seasoned Quality & Compliance Senior Manager to drive food safety and product quality across its Cebu operations.

The role leads QA programs, regulatory alignment, audits, and continuous improvement, while developing the quality team and fostering a disciplined operating culture. Open to candidates based in or near Danao City, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Active professional license (Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Chemical Technician).
• 8–10 years’ experience in quality assurance, food manufacturing, R&D, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of people leadership in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong expertise in food science, including analytical testing, microbiology, and production processes.
• Experience implementing and managing quality systems such as HACCP, ISO standards, and SPC.
• Working knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GWP.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Open to candidates based in or willing to be assigned near Danao City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end quality assurance and food safety framework, including program design, rollout, and continuous enhancement.
• Evaluate and strengthen quality practices across multiple sites through regular audits, reviews, and performance analysis.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with applicable government and industry standards.
• Consolidate and present periodic performance updates, highlighting risks, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct assessments of suppliers and external partners to ensure adherence to quality and safety expectations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, tools, and processes that support product integrity and operational efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve quality outcomes, including facility upgrades and process optimization.
• Lead and develop the quality team through effective workforce planning, coaching and performance management.
• Promote a strong quality culture by embedding best practices in daily operations and decision-making.
